Insights from My Week of Daily Writing Endeavors

Chapter 1: Getting Started with Daily Writing
The journey of committing to daily writing has proven to be more challenging than anticipated. While it might appear simple to jot down thoughts each day, the process can quickly become tiresome and monotonous.
Today marks my eighth day of engaging with Medium. For several months, the thought of writing on this platform lingered in my mind, but it wasn't until my flourishing POD store faced an unexpected closure that I felt compelled to dive in. This incident catalyzed my first article, which you can explore here:
Redbubble suspended my account: what went wrong?
I embarked on my Print on Demand journey seriously in late September, setting up accounts on TeePublic and Redbubble to start my creative enterprise.
Getting Started on Medium
As I mentioned, the idea of writing on Medium had been simmering in my thoughts, and that pivotal event provided the nudge I needed to begin. This new venture made me realize I have narratives to share, experiences to recount, and insights that could be beneficial to others. However, I often felt that my current writing skills might not adequately reflect these stories. Thus, I set a personal challenge to write daily until the end of November—a 30-day commitment that will ultimately stretch to 39 days of consistent writing and publishing.

30 Day Challenge: Writing on Medium
In which I pledge to write and publish on Medium daily through November.
Storytime:
A friend of mine is on a mission to make her cat an Instagram sensation. She once shared how exhausting it is to produce content every day, and I remember thinking, "How challenging could it really be? Just film your cat; it doesn’t need to be perfect each time." That was before I committed to creating content daily myself.
As soon as I began, I quickly grasped the weight of her words. The enthusiasm of a new project fades quickly. Initially, I felt flooded with brilliant ideas, but soon realized I only had about seven ideas, and they weren't as innovative as I had thought. Fortunately, I had been reflecting on my writing aspirations for some time and maintained notes on potential topics, which has helped me stay focused.
I acknowledge that my writing may be somewhat scattered at first as I work to find my unique voice and the niche I want to explore long-term.
