Embracing the Notion That Tomorrow is Still an Option

Chapter 1: The Overwhelm of Daily Life
In our busy lives, it's common to feel overwhelmed by a multitude of responsibilities. Whether it's a demanding job, a partner relocating, or the complexities of moving from one home to another, the mental load can become heavy. With so many tasks at hand, it’s easy to lose track of what’s important, and our minds can only handle so much.
As I often find myself waking in the night, suddenly remembering, “Oh no, we need induction-compatible cookware!” I take a mental note. However, I also remind myself that “later” frequently does not equate to “too late.” If I overlook the cookware until I’m in front of the new stove, I can simply order it for next-day delivery. This isn’t ideal, but it certainly isn’t catastrophic.
The reality is that truly urgent and important tasks are rare. As long as you prioritize significant matters, everything else can wait—whether that’s until tomorrow, next week, or even a couple of months down the line. Life continues regardless.
It’s perfectly acceptable to forget things or feel a bit scattered at times. Everyone goes through this, and it’s important to acknowledge your efforts during those hectic days. If you find yourself losing track, just regroup and keep moving forward. Tomorrow is a fresh start, and often, “later” is far from “too late.”

This video features Carole King’s “It’s Too Late,” which resonates with the theme of recognizing that time can be on our side, even when we feel rushed.
In this official audio of “It’s Too Late,” Carole King beautifully captures the essence of understanding that life has its own timeline, encouraging us to be patient with ourselves.
