# The Power of Vibrations: Understanding Energy and Connection

Chapter 1: The Energy We Emit
Have you ever stepped into a crowded room or encountered someone and instantly felt an unsettling vibe? That gut feeling can make you uneasy, prompting a desire to retreat. Conversely, there are moments when I meet someone and feel completely at ease.
I sometimes wonder if my energy resonates more powerfully than my spoken words. There are days when I feel down or irritable, preferring solitude. During these times, I make sure to inform my husband about my emotional state. He is sensitive and carries emotional baggage from the past, so I want him to understand that my mood isn't a reflection of something he did.
Having spent so long together, I can easily read his mood. I’ll comment on it, providing positive reinforcement when he’s cheerful, and gentle encouragement when he’s feeling low. Everything in the universe, including us, is composed of energy vibrating at various frequencies. At the quantum level, solid matter becomes more elusive as we delve deeper.
In our physical existence, we primarily perceive sound and light waves. When we feel low, we emit a lower frequency, but we can elevate our vibrations through music, chanting, or other resonant tones. Colors also influence our mood; they represent the frequencies our eyes can see, unlike gamma or x-rays. How delightful it is to enjoy a rainbow, wear vibrant colors, or decorate our spaces with calming greens or blues to uplift our spirits!
Aural and visual stimuli can significantly enhance our joy! (Our brainwaves alter frequency based on our mental state. If you're curious, I've included a link at the end for more information.)
Section 1.1: Insights from The Divine Matrix
What role does our DNA play in this energetic connection? In his book, The Divine Matrix, Gregg Braden discusses groundbreaking tests from the last century that reshaped our understanding of the world.
The U.S. military conducted an experiment under Dr. Cleve Backster’s guidance. “In a 1993 study published in Advances, the Army sought to determine if the connection between emotion and DNA persists over distance. They placed a volunteer's DNA swab in a device and took it to another room, hundreds of feet away. They then showed the volunteer emotionally charged video images and measured the DNA's electrical response. The results were instantaneous—showing peaks and valleys at the same moment, without any delay!”
Although the Army halted the study, Dr. Backster continued exploring greater distances, reaching up to 350 miles. They used an atomic clock for precise timing. This research indicates that vibrational energy travels far beyond our previous understanding, with reactions occurring instantaneously!
The first video demonstrates how to eliminate static interference in FM transmitters, ensuring clearer communication and better connections.
Section 1.2: The Heart’s Electric Field
Further research from the HeartMath Institute involved trained volunteers expressing distinct emotions like love, joy, anger, and hate. The findings revealed that when feelings of love or compassion were present, the DNA strands relaxed, positively affecting the immune system. Conversely, emotions such as rage and jealousy caused the strands to tighten and sometimes shut down altogether.
This shows we possess the ability to influence our DNA's functioning through the emotions we cultivate within ourselves, giving us internal power over our biological responses.
Dr. J. Andrew Armour, a pioneering neuro-cardiologist, coined the term "heart brain" in 1991, the same year the HeartMath Institute was founded. Research revealed that our hearts possess a complex nervous system independent of the brain. This system generates the body's strongest electromagnetic field, extending three feet beyond us.
“Our heart is the most potent source of electromagnetic energy, producing a field that is approximately 60 times greater in amplitude than that of the brain. The heart's magnetic field is over 100 times stronger than the brain's,” according to HeartMath Institute.
This energy can be sensed by others, often without words.
Chapter 2: The Impact of Our Vibrations
What conclusion can we draw? We are energetic beings. Some people are more attuned to the energies others emit. This can be beneficial when the energy is positive, but it can be draining when it isn't. While I wouldn't label myself an empath, I often feel exhausted after spending time with negative individuals.
As a result, I strive to be mindful of the energy I project. If I'm feeling angry, I either switch gears or seek solitude for reflection, writing, or meditation. Operating from my heart center allows me to share that positive energy with others!
Even though we may seem like mere specks in the universe, our inner energy has a significant influence on those around us. By raising our vibrations, we can uplift others in the process.
Let me conclude with this thought: We Are All Connected.
The final video explores the interconnectedness of all beings through the lens of science and spirituality, emphasizing our shared energy.
