Exploring Zestia: The Lemon Planet

Geeky, otherwise known as Geeky The Cat, is an exceptionally clever feline who serves as an aide to the Supreme Office of Agriculture in the Alliance Galaxy. His main task is to help manage the galaxy's extensive agricultural affairs. However, beyond his responsibilities, Geeky loves to travel, seizing any chance to explore various planets and cities that his busy agenda permits.

A Work Visit to Zestia

“Ah, Zestia,” I meow as my spacecraft lands on the lemon-tinted terrain. The atmosphere is filled with a fresh, zesty scent reminiscent of a spring lemon grove, thanks to a special compound known as Zest-Xcu105 that promotes the rapid growth of citrus plants. Just one breath of the air and your spirits lift!

Unlike many felines, I revel in citrus fragrances, although I've heard that Zest-Xcu105 can lead humans to act rather strangely after prolonged exposure. They often require injections or space masks to counteract its effects! Thankfully, as a cat, I am immune to it—one of the many perks of being Geeky.

Zestia is home to a human colony renowned for its production of citrus fruits and related goods for over two centuries. The inhabitants have cultivated a culture uniquely centered around lemons. The architecture resembles lemons, the spacecraft mirror their shape, and even the security droids are lemon-inspired.

Everywhere you gaze, the landscape is awash in yellow. From buildings to attire to spacecraft, it seems like a burst of yellow paint has engulfed the planet. The locals? They are as quirky as their surroundings.

Long exposure to Zest-Xcu105 has resulted in a lively and slightly whimsical populace. They seem to have embraced a lifestyle reminiscent of catnip-induced joy, but instead of napping for hours, they’ve constructed a society devoted to lemons.

While it might seem excessive to me, it's their way of life. My purpose here is to request an increase in lemon production, not to critique their vibrant aesthetics.

Naturally, no trip to Zestia would be complete without a stroll through its lively streets, akin to wandering through a massive lemon meringue pie—minus the fear of being chased by an oversized fork!

The locals were incredibly hospitable, guiding me through their homes, which were also lemon-themed. It felt like stepping into a lemon-flavored carnival, and I was genuinely charmed by their zestful attitude.

Their sense of fashion is, to put it mildly, one-of-a-kind. Imagine a costume party where everyone dresses as a lemon, and you’ve nearly captured the essence of Zestian style. It’s both humorous and refreshingly absurd.

During my visit to the citrus production facility, I was greeted by the sight of robots doing all the work while the locals relaxed nearby. It’s a cat's paradise! But I have a job to accomplish. I doubt they’ll be able to increase their output by the requested 30%, given their laid-back demeanor, even by my feline standards.

Zestians have a different perspective on life. They prioritize relaxation over hustle, and I must admit, it’s a rather appealing approach.

Yet here I am, a British Shorthair in a world of lemons, attempting to persuade a group of easygoing humans to step up their efforts. The irony is not lost on me.

Before my departure, I decided to engage in a bit of human behavior by taking selfies. When in Zestia, one must partake in Zestian traditions! After all, a cat must maintain a strong social media presence. If you squint and tilt your head just right, you might mistake me for a lemon!

Well, that wraps up my adventures in Zestia for now. If life hands me lemons, I hope they’re not from this planet. I’m not sure I could handle such zest!
